SYLLABUS

MANDATORY UNITS

To achieve the full NVQ, candidates must achieve all 4 units

1. Unit 1 - Contribute to an efficient and effective work environment.

2. Unit 2 - Contribute to health and safety in the workplace.

3. Unit 3 - Operator specialised plant and machinery to performance requirements. (Lifting and Transferring)

4. Unit 4 - Lift, transfer and position loads.

ADDITIONAL UNITS

1. Unit 5 - Carry out slinging and signalling for the movement of loads.

2. Unit 6 - Assist in the efficiency of the workplace.

3. Unit 7 - Assist with the specified work activity.
