To achieve the full award, candidates must complete four mandatory units plus one optional unit, making a total of five units.

  2. Unit 2 - Deliver reliable customer service.

  3. Unit 3 - Develop customer service.

  4. Unit 4 - Resolve customer service problems.

OPTIONAL UNITS

  1. Unit 5 - Support customer service improvements.

  2. Unit 6 - Develop personal performance through delivering customer service.

  3. Unit 7 - Promote additional products or services to customers.

  4. Unit 8 - Process customer service information.
